daughter's equal share

My grand father had 4 sons and 5 daughters. The partition decree of 1952 with his elder brother mentions only 3 sons because 4th son was born in 1954. All properties are ancestral.
My grand father died in 1962. All daughters married before 1977.my grand mother also died in 2000.
All properties are sold out or partitioned before 2000, except one agricultural land of 20 acres.
My mother got equal share in father’s share i.e.,1/50 in sold out properties (1/10 in 1/5).
Now my question is whether she will get 1/9 share i.e, 2.22 acres, after Hindu succession act (amendment) 2005.in remaining un- partitioned 20 acres. Please clarify.(equal to son)

Right to Information Act

My client missed his driving license issued by the RTO.

To get Copy of the same, his friend initiated steps by asking the RTO under RTI Act producing the name and address of my client to know my client is having valid license or not.

He received a reply letter from the RTO office that my client not possess license on the file of the said office.

After a month, my client find his driving license in a file.

My client want to teach a lesson to the official of the concerned office.
What is the remedy for my client now?

Disallowance of CENVAT Credit if show caused

Sirs,

I am a service provider. I have taken service tax registration belatedly and claimed demand confirmed.

Now if I deposit the service tax with interest for the past period and claim from the service receiver, does the Department disallow the CENVAT credit to the Service Receiver because I am (service provider) is show caused and adjudicated.

This part is not clear in the CENVAT Credit rules. Is there any departmental clarification or case laws available in this context. What is the legal position plese.

Kindly provide your valued opinion.
