There is space crunch for the car parking and therefore they want to park before the shops what are the remedy

They cannot obstruct the view of the shop and also the movements of the customer into the shop by parking their cars in front of the shop.
The shop keeper never asked them to buy car or had permitted them to park their car in front of his shop, hence the shop keeper can very well object to it and also can make a complaint to the municipal authorities about this nuisance to get them cleared.

Space crunch cannot be a valid reason for improper and/or unauthorized parking. You may take appropriate action by reporting the matter to Municipal/Police Authorities.

The car owner cannot claim it as a right to park his car in front of a business establishment obstructing the business activities of the shop owner for the reason 'space crunch'.
Providing space to park his car in not the responsibility or problem of the shop keeper.
The car owner can park his vehicle elsewhere if the shop keeper objects to it.
