I seek clarification before document verification. Also is payment and settlement act under section 25 criminal case ? if yes then:

1. If a candidate had a complaint case in a Magistrate Court that is now closed (withdrawn on settlement, accused acquitted), should it be declared at verification, and in what format?
2. Which documents should be carried for such a case?

3. Does a disclosed closed case affect eligibility or selection, and what criteria does the Bank apply?
