    Service Law on pay, promotion, conduct rule, disciplinary proceddings, administrative tribunals and related matters. Civil law on matters related to land tenure, land revenue and assessment, land acquiaition etc.

    sir, there is no problem in writing each and every FDR but I am confused as regards the matured or renewed and therefore I want to word ALL MY FDRS STANDING IN MY NAME IN A PARTICULAR BANKS. Kindly guide.

    P.Venu sir, Thanks for asking me what is problem in mentioning individual FDRs. In this connection if I write FDR Numbers, what happens if it is renewed or gets prepaid. That is main confusion.

    The fact is that a notice was sent by a lawyer in which it was said that you are the tenant of our client's house, whereas we are not tenants. The landlord himself replied to this legal notice through a lawyer. Now a case for recovery and eviction has been filed.

    Hello sir , here i am seeking advice from you on below situation i am doing fulltime job in IT where the shift time is flexible clearly mentioned in offer letter. now i want to pursue PG(MTech )full time University is allowing me to not to attend classes on regular basis only i have to submit assignment /project/ and write exam. here my question is if i pursue PG and complete it will it be valid ? will any other employer in future can question my PG and revoke / terminate offer ?
