    Hi Sir We have purchased a DC land who is of same allotted community.... After 28years in reference to the allocated period for selling is just 10 yrs.. Since we both are same community it is ok as you said... But my question is.. Can we transfer the patta in our name for DC land? Or is it possible to get individual patta for that land?
