Sir we are four brothers and done partition deed for our developed land together.and now every one has own flat. Through partition deed.now my one brother want loan on his owned flat . Bank accept the certified copy but want no obejction deed or aggreement or else . Is there such type of document we sign by all three brothers ?. Please guide us sir.

Hello, is it legal to specify, in a Will, that the beneficiary, having life interest, shall be allowed to make use of and dip into the movable assets, for daily needs, medical exigencies, and other necessities? Kindly share important citations in this regard too.

Hi, my grand father and his 3 sons bought 1.58 acre in 1973 in 2 survey nos 206/8a and 9a( 0.77 and 0.81) as no further partition happened during their time in govt records we received as 206/8a .0.19 cents and 206/9a 0.20cents....though it was not written ,all of 4 parties had a understanding. And greed to divide the property into 4 equal whole parts ... one party specified his part boundaries in his family partion deed and he made transaction in 206/8a and other party made a sale deed to his wife as 206/8a .0.19 and 206/9a .20...but sold his share in 206/8a as agreed by parties....now i am th 3rd party , my part falls in 206/9a ...how to get my part departed and registered to me and what survey numbers should I mention

Dear sir,
I have changed my daughter legal name through gazzette notification, she just passed ssc exam in this year result out online, original still not issued .
I want to know the legal status of gazzette notification can I change ssc marksheet and certificate through ssc board office directly.
Because school headmistress doesn't support for issue of LC with new name they asking as per old record they will issue LC.
And all onwards documents can apply with new name.
Pls reply your response is highly appreciated.

Hi,
Is it legally permissible to execute a Will first, and have it registered on a later date? Moreover, is that advisable, or is it better to have the Will executed and registered, both on the same day?
