You have stated that the evidence of both sides are completed but arguments have not been completed. If the judge has been transferred a new judge replacing the previous judge will handle and take proper care of the cases, you need not be worried about it.

Transfer of judges is a routine exercise like game of musical chair. No one should except the judge conducted evidence shall pass final order / judgment. New incumbant judge shall continue proceeding where his/her predecessor has left your suit.
