    Hello, I have a doubt regarding my loan. Actually I had taken a loan on Nov 2023 and the car was declared a total loss on Dec 2023. I am buying a new car of the same model and asked bank to transfer the insurance amount to the car dealer and get the hypothecation done for the new car under the same loan. But they denied this and asked me to close the loan and go for a fresh one so I agreed. But now Kotak prime is asking me 5.21% approx 1.5 lakhs as foreclosure charge

  • RAJIV says : Bank is not releasing my property documents
    Loan against property was taken from hdfc bank by my daughter by mortgaging my property. All the emi's were paid by me . now when i have paid the entire loan amount with interest, bank is not returning my property documents by saying the my daughter have some car loans pending with them. Can they withhold my property documents for car loans taken by my daughter.
