I am tenant , fair rent fixed for my room Rupees 1000 in 2010 considering 4 aspects in 2023 the rent re fixed as 3500
rent of near by room , importance of the locality ,increase in land value and increase in inflation I have filed a revision challenging all the four aspects 1) all the four aspects are once considered while fixing fair rent in 2010 , 2) The building owner is not the land lord 3) at present there in no tenant in nearby room (vacated) another room is also vacant out of for rooms including my room . 4) the commissioner didn't report anything new importance for the locality other than mentioned in 2010 order appeal is dismissed after that filed a case in high court division bench are also dismissed .what to do
