Obc ncl income correction

A person i know in my office has inadvertently filled wrong income in obc ncl she wants to correct it as she is honest, what are the procedure for her to correct?

If she has already obtained the OBC NCL certificate by furnishing incorrect income deliberately for wrongful gains, then it will be treated as an offence. She cannot be considered to be an honest person when she has knowingly committed the offence.
If she feels guilty about this act, she ,may either ignore the certificate and should not avail the wrongly obtained privileges or surrender the certificate to the authorities concerned without assigning any reason to avoid legal actions that may be initiated by the authorities concerned when they come to know about her dishonest intention.

I fully agree and appreciate the opinion and advise of learned senior expert Mr. T Kalaiselvan ji.
The person has obtained OBC NCL certificate decietfully and committed a crime. She should ignore and may (must) not use it to seek any benefit on the basis of OBC NCL Certificate and make herself liable for prosecution and punishment.

Agreeing with experts above I will add that such misrepresentation is not inadvertent but planned one and not rare in OBC or BPL certificates.
