Property issue

IAM 1ST WIFE SON, 2ND WIFE HAVING 3 CHILDREN MY MOTHER DIED AND HER PENSION HAD BEEN TAKING BY MY FATHER HIS RIGHTS OK. I CAN CLAIM OR FILE A CASE AGAINST HIM FOR HIS HOUSE.

Transfer of housing society joint share certificate

Dear sir,

I'm trying to help a neighbour who holds a property jointly in our Housing Society. The Primary Member has recently expired. The surviving associate member wants the share certificate transferred fully in her name.

How does one proceed in this case?

Partition of property

Sir,

My three brothers jointly have got registered four house properties owned by my father (late) by giving monitory compensation to me and my Mother (the same is written in the registered document too) and getting our signatures (myself and my mother) on the registered document.

Recently one of my brothers (he has wife and two minor daughters) passed away. My queries are

1. Now, my remaining two brothers want to separate house properties in individual names. Is the signature of my deceased brother's family members (his wife, two minor daughters and my mother) required?? This question is being asked as some lawyers say that since document is registered in joint names, signature of my deceased brother's family members (his wife, two minor daughters and my mother) are not required.

2. My Mother has one plot registered in her name during my father's period. Now, she wants to get it registered in the name of the wife of my deceased brother.. What is the procedure?? Whose signatures are required for registration??

3. 2. My Mother has one more plot registered in her name during my father's period. Now, she wants to get it registered in the name of one of the two living brothers. But, since the land is under registration prohibited properties list due to disputes between Simhachalam Devasthanam and Andhra Government, and since, no body can predict when this issue gets resolved, What is the procedure as she wants an option to transfer her rights at any cost before anything happens to my Mother?? Whose signatures are required for registration??

Bail aplication

Accused has been srested for the charge of S.376 and since March 2019 is behind bar. he has preferred bail apllication for bail after filling charge sheed in the year 2021 however it has been rejected. then he has got heart problem and therefore filled fresh bail application on the ground of chnge of circumstances on medical condition and raised the ground of consentful act of the victim and seek bail. Now the judge got convinced on the consenting act but he is saying that accused medical report is coming normal and therefore it can not be change of circumstances and asking how he can entertain fresh bail aplication. here i want to say in previous bail aplication consentful act was not the defence and this defence was raised for the first time and further this bail aplication is filled in AUgust 2022 after 1 year and there is no progress in matter as no charge even has framed. kindly advice

Shop rent

Hello, Landlord accepts payment only in cash. He clearly said that only cash payment will be accepted.Digital transfer, or transfer through other apps, through netbanking, not accepting. Rent receipt not issued. How to make pressure for issuing receipts or to accept payments by banking channel. Who is competent person to issue directions legally.Kindly reply in detail.

Survey of the land

Dear experts,
I applied for survey of my land by paying the requisite fee long back but neither the surveyer nor tahsildar RESPONDING to survey for which complained to the district collector and he directed the tahsildar to conduct the survey but surprisingly the tahsildar send a letter stating that we are not able find the tippons for fixing the boundaries and demarcation and you better to appeal the joint director of survey after paying the requisite fee for survey after one year.
Advice me on that can we file suit in the court of law or better to file a writ in the high court for direction to survey the land.

I have intimated bank about losing of my cheque leafs

I have intimated bank about losing of my cheque leafs but I didn't file FIR in police station. Bank already make stop payment. If anybody forge signature and claim against me or my property is there any harm will affect me. Or I have to give complaint in police station.

Partnership

Earlier three partners promoted one firm and done business it is a registered firm. Every year compliance part is taken by 1 partner 2 financial by another 3 business by 1. Post three years business went on loss and partners moved out but now I came to know from email that income tax return not filed and other two partners are not reachable at my level. Now demand under section 147 is issued can I pay my portion of demand and can ask department to find other two partners or since they absconded whether I need to pay all dues. Since demand is 1.3 crores I can discharge by liability of 1 third.please advice
