I HAVE APPROCHED POLICE FOR F I R FOR COGNIZABLE OFFENCE. BUT THEY REFUSE TO DO SO.
CAN I APPROCH THE SDM (SUB DIVISIONAL MEGISTRATE) FOR THE SAME
OR ANY OTHER AUTHORITY ??

We registered society with 384 members in it. We are in process of doing Conveyance of the society. The draft which we have received from the builder says they will do Conveyance of the Building + 3 meter from all sides of building.
Builder is not doing the conveyance of the open parking space allotted to residents. One open parking space is mentioned on all sales agreements from the builder. Now builder will keep the rights of those open parking space and will use FSI/TDR future developments in the locality.
How to deal with this as we don't want or residents loose their parking space rights because of this conveyance process. Please advise.

I have filed bail application in Hon'ble High Court of Delhi. On the first date of hearing dt.21-09-2021, due to some reason no one was appeared in the case, after that High Court pass an order and gives a long date (27-10-2021).
My question is what can I do to get the matter listed early asap?

hello,
i am working with a private company and have been asked by my office to file a complaint in local police station against another employee on suspected charges of funds embezzlement.
i am required to give my employee code and and also sign the complaint.
will it have any legal implication on me and get me involved into it for all further developments or show that any case is ongoing under my name as these days aadhar or other ID number is taken for filing a complaint.
please guide urgently.

Ten members of our family made an development agreement cum gpa irrevocable in 6th March 2010 since today he has not done any work except 3 slabs for a tower ,one of our members ie, my sister died 3 years back,and my brother aged 69 years is also bed ridden ,he is unable to talk , he is on fluids only , 1. 96 acers are given for development, in past they taken loan for a iron factory and evaded crores of money to the government 11 and of years gone no response ,we are at heavy loss due to not completion of work, he breeched the agreement , carelessly, we are felt mentally agony ,we are all middle class , please give us solution sir for immediate action , he turned up his board ,

Hi Sir,
I have filed a case on a person who vows money to me but didn't gave. Promissory note case. Money recovery Act. Now that person is asking for compromise in lok adaalat.
I have spent money for some court challans, stamp duty etc at the time of filing the case. Now that we are getting compromised can I get that money from court? If so wats the procedure?
Means , what I want to ask is, amount which I have spent in initial stages for stamp duty, some challans etc Can I get them back if we settle the case in lok adaalat ? Please answer.

i want to know what is the adverse remarks in the APR. Normaly gradings are being given by the officers at very levels such as outstanding, very good, good, average, and below average.

Marriage in goa but want divorce in maharashtra
Hello,
I am hindu girl residing at Maharashtra. I got married to goan Hindu person in goa as per their Teram ( Govt registration process) on 30-08-2017. And then we got married again as per hindu vaidik tradition on 03-12-2017.
After marriage We both stayed in Pune for almost 10 months.. As he is working in Pune. Due to some issues I left his home and then started staying with my parents till now. We do not have any child.
My question : I already applied for domestic violence case thru my native place. In Lok adalat process , he is agreed for mutual divorce and alimony. So I withdrawed that case. But after than due to covid pandemic court is not fully functional. And now He is not ready to give me divorce besides than Goa. Also refused to give me alimony.It takes lot of time for mutual consent divorce in Goa.I again reopened that domestic case, but still due to pandemic, court is not fully functional.
So request you to all please give me some reference which has positive ans to my query.
