Film industry sop is not been followed

Respected sir recently government of Maharashtra has passed a SOP regarding the working condition of film industry worker and facilities they shall get and wages. It has been more than year but till today no is following the SOP what we can do and does it comes to the contempt of lawfull authority and what steps can be taken

Land measurements mismatch with total area of site

I bought a site of 480 sq yards with side measurements like 96 east, 46 west, 51 south and 84 north, however area of these measurements are around 400 sq yards only. And recently observed that there is a gap of 10 feet b/w my site and north boundary property site. So shall I claim that as part of my site and correct the registration document accordingly ?

Conditional gift deed

Sir,
In conditional Gift Deed can following conditions be included?

Donee(s) will support and take care of Donor for life time
and flat cannot be sold or mortgaged till one of the donee and/ or Donor is alive

Parking dispute

Respected Experts,
I parked my car in a no-parking area at the railway station. The parking area is managed by an independent contractor. He charged me double the fine amount posted there, and he locked my car, refusing to allow me to retrieve it without paying extra. He gathered many individuals there, so I paid him and went home. I want to ask experts what actions I can take against the parking contractor for his conduct, and whether it's legal for him to lock my car

Change of name in property card

My father had given me a residential plot in 2005 , I have constructed house on it in 2006. Plot is in father's name in property card
My father died in 2010, I have 3 brothers, who are staying in their own houses purchased with financial help from our father only
Now I want to change name in property card, I want to put my name in property card
I have registered Relinquishment deed signed by my brothers in 2015
My brothers have expired, my nephews are there , who will not sign any documents now.
Can I change name in property card through that relinquishment deed which I have?
My uncle had filed civil case against us in 2016 regarding some other ancestral property
In that case I and my nephews had submitted our reply, in which we have (I and my nephews mentioned about my plot also , that this plot was given to me by my father. So that way my nephews have accepted that plot is mine
I want to know through relinquishment deed and court reply ( I have true copy of their reply submitted in court) can I apply for mutation in my name in property card?
Municipal property tax is in my name , electricity bill is in my name
I am staying in that house only
Please advise me

Benama done but name not updated in khatoni

A land of about 600sqm is there. Now the owner of the land(Narendra) has sold 1/4th of land to his sister with benama done, but her name was not updated in khatoni. Now after 9 years she and her father has died. And her husband has sold this 1/4th land to me. I didn't check the khatoni but checked the old benama papers, so I purchased and gave the full amount. Now when I began construction on this land, her brothers(Narendra's sons) have filed a case in civil court that their brother-in-law sold the land for his bad habits like drinking and smoking.

What should I do, and how can I update my name in the Khatoni. I have both benama papers(old and new one).

Dismissal of complaint

Private criminal complaint of sexual assault is dismissed by lower court as no sufficient evidence to proceed for issue of process. My query is can file revision before High court or can SLP he filled before Supreme court.
