Dear sir, My brother has a case registered against him(the case does not involve me in it). Will it disqualify me in UPSC?Pls help
This discussion addresses concerns about whether a criminal case registered against a sibling disqualifies an individual from appearing for the UPSC civil services exam. The consensus is that if you are not involved in the case, it will not affect your eligibility. The advice given is to focus on exam preparation rather than worrying about unrelated legal matters.

Yes When you are not involved in the case, why do you fear? Go ahead for studies for exams. All the best.

If you have not been implicated in this case then it will never be a hurdle to your proposed civil services examination.
