Which is the provision against district judge when he change argument and add other fabricated facts to fit his order in bail application or other matter either in criminal or civil?
is there provision in CRPC or Other acts like section 340 etc ??

A Multi State Scheduled Bank has possessed an immovable property without application of section 14 SARFAESI Act-2002 and made auction and soldout said property. The borrower filed suit for declaration under CPC, and prayed for cancellation of said transaction and sale certificate including whole process of recovery.
Bank replied and argued that section 34 of SARFAESI applys here, Court allowed argument of bank and suit was dismissed without hearing of application for interm injunction .
My question is when possession of property has taken without any order of District Magistrate under section 14 of SARFAESI Act-2002 then the provision of section 34 sarfaesi act-2002 is applicable or not?

The district and sessions court has jurisdiction to decide application to order for granting permission to issue fresh passport ??
Can apply against regional passport officer in JMFC or Sessions Court?

मै आशीष कुमार, मेरे पिताजी बैंक अधिकारी थे, उनकी दो शादियां हुई जिसमें से पहली बीबी की मृत्यु हो गई, पहली बीबी से तीन संतान (मैं और मेरी दो बहनें) दूसरी बीबी (मेरी सौतेली माँ) से चार बेटे और एक बेटी हैं, मेरे पिता जी का देहांत हो गया, उन्होंने मुझे अपने ग्रेच्युटी में 50% और PF में 100% nominee बनाया था, जिसको बैंक ने मुझे उनके housing loan, car loan and other loans का amount deduct कर के payment किया।
अब मेरी माँ (step mother) और उनका बड़ा लड़का वो घर बेच रहे हैं (मेरी बिना जानकारी के)।2lakhs का agreement भी किसी property dealer से कर चुके हैं। जब मैंने इसके बारे में पूछा तो वे लोग मुझे जान से मारने की धमकी देने लगे।
मेरा प्रश्न है कि-
क्या मेरा उस घर और कार पर पूर्ण अधिकार है। इसके लिए मैं दावा कर सकता हूँ?

We employees of ONGC had a case with ongc and single bench of gujarat high court upheld by double bench and not interfered by supreme court. Now ongc has followed the order of supreme court but only one person has not been given employment as per supreme court order. can he file contempt of court proceedings against ongc or any ongc personnel...can fir be filed against ongc officer.

New evidence arrived after fina judgment in supreme court
Revenue Remedy applied before executive magistrate...
order pronounced against applicant.... he presented appealed before SDM, District Magistrate, Special secretary revenue dispute then high court and then supreme court.... everywhere he got judgment against him..
After 1 year of Final disposal at Supreme Court not allowed his SLP the applicant found some authentic evidence which could prove the respondent have no right exists in disputed land.... He could prove through those evidences that the respondents are not original legal heir of original owner of disputed land who died without any heir...
Then the question is which remedy remains in civil side to reopen and prove the respondents fake identification as legal heir of deceased owner of disputed land... or can lodge criminal complaint against respondents who presented themselves fraudulently as original heir ?? can any body present himself as complainant other than applicant? can third party (With or Without having interest in disputed land) can be complainant in this matter?
