File appeal against the orders.

If have sufficient and solid proofs of any corruption lodge complaint with the High court.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 05 September 2020
Judge is immune qua judgment passed by him.
K Rajasekharan (Expert) 05 September 2020
No provision is there in either the Criminal Procedure Code or any other law that would help you make a complaint against the judicial actions or judicial decision making processes of a judge of the subordinate judicial service.

That means the judicial extravaganza - however grave it is - of a judge is immune from any sort of complaints. Filing an appeal is the only possibility available to you on such matters.

However in regard to non-judicial activities of such a judge, such as courtroom mis behaviour, can be complained of by you as per theĀ  circulars and instructions issued by the administrative side of the High Court, the details of which are available on the eCourt website.

You can make complaint to concerned authority in the High Court or a petition could be filed under Article 227.

Well explained by the expert K Rajasekharan in simple language.

Well Advised by all the Learned Advocates / Experts -- EXCEPT Mr.P.Venu. Mr.P.Venu should Restrict him self from Posting Illegal and Immoral advises and obviously Misleading the Querist. Mr.P.venu is an Retired Govt Officer and it doesn't entitle him to post illegal things here. Beware.
P. Venu (Expert) 06 September 2020
I shall be grateful if the expert Mr. Rajkumar enlightens me as to the 'illegal and immoral' aspects in my suggestion and how it is misleading.

Yes, I am a retired Government officer. However, I am at a loss to understand the relevance of this observation in the given context.

Moreover, the expression 'Beware!' hardly befits any expert worth his standing. Expertise does not entail overawing other experts. In fact, any expertise is inchoate in the absence of the willingness to confine difference of opinion to the subject-matter and a strict obligation not to indulge in personal vilification.

Before examining about the legality and correctness of the advice given by Mr. Venu, is it not worthy to note that posting greetings on auspicious occasions on this platform is also unwarranted. How can they be replies to queries?

Mr.P.Venu -- Any Court Order could be challenged only by Appeal and not by making any Complaint.. Mr.P.Venu your Inexperience and lack of Legal Knowledge doesn't Entitle you to misguide and mislead the Innocent here. Better atleast visit the Courts and sit there and watch the Court Proceedings before you could post any thing here and Stop misleading the Innocent
