dear sir,

iam having one doubt. if a police man came to our house and ask me to come to police station for inquiry, whether i have to go ALONG WITH HIM or i can ask for any warrant. i have done any mistakes, but its a normal question. with our warrant he will arrest anybody??
adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 26 April 2012
Why your are in doubt? You question must be clear. Unnecessary police wont come to you and call your police station.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 26 April 2012
Yes
However it is beteer to ask fot eh reason.
If you are an accused person then do not visit PS.
Take the information and apply for bail first.

You should tel the reason for your doubt because the reply of your query is hidden behind your reply.

Disguised query! is not it??????????
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 27 April 2012
All experts above have wisely refused to reply to your query. Just because you are hinding facts and will be loser if someone gives you half baked advise on half facts.

In films you can ask for warrant because in films policemenare not aware of their powers of arresting without warrant.
V R SHROFF (Expert) 27 April 2012
It it is for INQUIRY, as u stated, u shd co-operate the police for any investigation. If u hv doubt, and involved in any crimethat they are investigating, get AB first.

Be clear, to get clear advise.
