I got married in 2008 it is love marriage and intercaste too .I belongs to poor family so I have completed my education by my own but after completion of Diploma in mechanical engineering my father and mother both had cancer so I left my education and started earning to take care of medical expenses I took lot of loan also in 2008 my mother and father both passed away in Feb 2009 I got married after marriage also I was repaying loan and in addition company was doing manpower reduction so I was so disturbed and in that mind disturbance some times I couldn't do sex with wife and here is problem started I told my wife all the problems and request her to understand my condition then she started fighting with very loud voice at one point she asked me that now I don't have interest her I replied very politly that I love you very much we will sort out all problems please understand my condition so she started making scene and fighting in very loudly and asking are you interested in me or not ? And then I lost my petions and replied her in anger OK you think I am not interested in you then I don't have interest in you then she went for delivery when she was at her parents home her brother hanged himself and she got mentaly disturbed and acting like mental person so I took her psychiatrist and started treatment from last four years she is taking treatment but now she is purposely harassing me mentally she don't cook food for me every time demanding money don't clean house daily using bad words with very loud voice so that whole colony hear her now my mind so disturbed I can't concentrate on my work my life is so disturbed I always thinking to commit suicide as she knows I don't have any support as my parents are passed away and nobody is going to support as I got love marriage and intercaste too she don't allow any of relatives in my house but her mother visits my house 3-4 times in a month she also use loud voice to harass me now I want divorce without any maintenance she is threatning me that she will file harassment case against what I have to do please suggest

File for divorce and get rid of your nagging loud mouthed wife. You are having job so please focus on that at this point of time. You've got to pay maintenance to her since she isn't gainfully employed. If you appreciate this answer please click the thank you button on my profile.

Why do you want to remain Anonymous? Any way, may be you have your own reasons.

It is felt that you are hiding certain facts

You have said, inter alia,

The above statements appear to be funny.

If you want proper advice, state full facts in detail and your own actual behaviour with your wife.

Thank you Mr.Kumar for your reply .I am not hiding anything ' I couldn't do sex doesn't mean that I never had sex with wife
But she wanted it daily OK you can say I was wrong at that time I know that new married couple enjoy life but as a life partner she also should understand conditions .
When I resolved my problems I tried to give all happiness which I can give her
Once she said that we couldn't go to honeymoon so she wanted to go somewhere so I made all arrangements and at last moment she asked me my mother and father also wants to come but they don't have money then how can I deny her so we went on holiday with her mother and father and all expenses was on me after six months again she stared blaming me that I haven't took her on honeymoon
What you say on this? When I was ready to take her on honeymoon she took her father and mother then why is blaming me? She knew my financial condition before marriage then how can she demand money all the time. When I say her that I don't have money for something then her reply is " I suffered a lot of money problems I don't want to suffer again I want to do all the things which I wanted to do and you should fulfill all my wishes " as a salaried person I can't fulfill all her wishes so I given her an business idea so I financed her for cloths business I told her that whatever profit comes from business use it for your wishes and I never asked about her profit and what are doing with profit money and never gave me money from her profit. when I need money she gave me but on my salary day I always returned her and also I am handling all the expenses of my home and doing all investment for future as I don't have my own house yet. But still she complaints what you do for your wife? now what can I say on this?she only want money nothing else even from last six months we haven't any physical relations every time her reply is "I don't want sex with you" what does that mean? Now I don't have any petions what I have to do?? Please suggest
