Dear sirs,
I m gavisiddappa working in PSU bank as clerk. I got married in june 2012. My wife came to my place 2-3 times.Now from april 13 she is staying with her parents. Demanding to me to stay away from my parents then only she join me. I filed RCR in court. She is thinking she will get half of my salary as i m a PSU bank employee. She is telling her lawyer that me and my parents are harassing her and demanding more doury from her. We have not harased her. My sister got married in dec 11 n staying away from us. But my wife intenstionally briging her in this case. My wife thinking she will get share in my inherited property

Whether your wife has filed any case of maintenance, divorce, domestic violence or some other case. If not try to confine to your case.
Try to save your marriage through effective people of society and relatives. You may live separate from your parents taking an accommodation near their residence. Marriage can be broken at any time. Tell her that you have to give maintenance and regular visit to your parents.

suggest visiting a marriage counsellor . as far as maintenance is concerned you have not mentioned your wife salary . what are her qualifications ?
you must have engaged a local lawyer for fighting your RCR case .
RCR can be counter productive . as counter attack your woife may file other cases against you
