Dear Sirs, Could any one please supply me the following citation as I have searched all the possible avenues but did not get these:
ABZAUDDIN ANSARY v. WEST BENGAL (1997)2 Crimes 53 Cal (DB).
ANIL RAI v STATE OF BIHAR-AIR 2001 Sc 3173- Ruling on testimony of hostile witness is quoted but please not about the delayed judgement which I get time and again when ever I try to visit the page.

Oh god, at last I understood that LCI is hijacked by some vested interest lawyers who get no clients to practice their profession or could not fleece the hapless victims of injustice and VR Shroff's intimidating reply to Mr. Bhupendra is the evidence but by the way is VR Shroff some Don or Tom his henchman though tom means a male cat but he looks very handsome man in edited photo in LCI which of course is not his. I could understand the reason that they have even hijacked the Google where when I clicked on the citation I received Virus and even DCSTOC has wiped it off from the site and hardly I see any suggestion from these hippo-crates in the guise of experts but with many thanks to Mr. Shailesh Kumar Shah, Mr. Arunagiri and Mr. AA Jose but I will always remember Mr. Bhupendra. Thanks once again dear Bhupendra and shame to others because this was the first time that I raised this query as I searched every possible sites and have a very long list of them and when became frustrated then requested the experts but thanks for their response. God bless them all because he runs the planets and not any Shroff, Tom or Raj Kumar Makkad, he should have been makad and ask any Maharashtrian the meaning of it.

Please avoid sarcastic comments on the experts.

Thanks Mr. Arunagiri, I hope the comments were not against you but it was against a group of people who did not react because it was what they were suppose to get. See sir, I am no preacher but LCI has been created out of compassion and not a franchise to sell the expertise(?) of any law because nobody is expert in law and if one claims then it is just he is a bragger. Once more it is very kind of you but I have Jospeh Mingel Koli, thanks to Mr.Bhupendra for his guidance.
