Converting hc appeal into 13b

The divorce petition filed by wife got dismissed after trial, and she has filed appeal in HC. Now she has unconditionally agreed for mutual divorce, but I'm doubtful about her intentions.

So, how can I safely convert the appeal into mutual divorce?

Can I freeze the appeal and resume the same if she withdraw her consent during 13B proceedings?

Is there any provisions whereby I can ensure that either she can't withdraw her consent later or 13B completes even if she withdraw consent during the proceedings?

Income tax liability on 22 laks received on land sale by housewife aged 66yrs

My mother aged 66 yrs had sold land, which was her own name, for a total of 22 laks in FY 11-12, and 16 laks (8+8) was given to two sons even though they had no legal share on it. She is housewife and has no other income.

So, what would be her income tax liability on it? She had not paid any tax or filed tax returns yet.

Is there any possibility of raising any issues on non paying/filing tax returns? If yes, how to rectify the same at this stage since the transaction was in FY 11-12.

purchased one treadmill but shop not giving bill

Last week, I purchased one treadmill for Rs 25,000/- from authorized dealer shop, and after paying the advance amount they told me that the bill & warranty card will be given at the time of home delivery. The next day, they delivered the item at home with sealed warranty card and collected the balance amount, then told me that the warranty card is enough to get service and asked me to contact their office for bill if needed. Now, the shop is asking to pay the tax amount extra for bill. So, where should I complain about this cheating?

Now, I have the following documents in hand.

1) Quotation mentioning item name, total price and advance paid in office letterpad with seal & signature.

2) Warranty card with office seal.

Due to nuisance of son, mother filed for Injunction restraining her son from entering her own house. The temporary injunction which she got as immediate relief says:

"Restraining the respondent from trespassing and causing disturbances by bringing stray dogs and cats and feeding them in the plaints scheduled properties."

1) Does it restrain him even entering the house, or does it allow him still live in the house without causing disturbances by bringing and feeding stray animals?

2) What she want is unconditionally restrain him from even entering the house. Is it possbile with this temporary injunction?

3) He continues to live in the same house even after serving the injunction. What could she do in this regard?
