Fraudulent lease deed was signed and registered with sub-registrar,old custom house,Mumbai.
I am one of the joint shareholders and the building (which is company, not a coop. society) has recognized me as joint owner and has issued letter accordingly.
This registration was done in a conspiracy between son-in-law, father-in-law and share holder no: 1 and the witness being mother-in-law. My signature or permission was not taken and all this was done behind my back and deed registered for a pittance for 30 years + 30 years+ 30 years.Even the share certificate attached to the lease deed does not show my name and the deed is filled with false hoods.
When I came to know of it I followed it up very strongly, showing all this to the joint district registrar.
After more than a year of follow ups, (up to the Hon'ble Collector), they have sent a letter to the local police station for registering a complaint against the persons who have signed the lease deed (under section 82), but they have not mentioned the names of the persons who have done this.
Copy of letter, (which has been sent to the Sr. Inspector), has been sent to me.
How should I follow up?

how long an investigating officer can prolong investigation and delay filing report before the court? what can be the reasonable period for completing investigation in normal circumstances. Allahabad high court recently said that the details of all the investigations pending for more than six months must be submitted to it.

I am filing a complaint under 138 of N.I.Act.I have documentary evidence to prove offence under 409/420/120 B of IPC also.
My question is that can we file complaint under section 138 of N.I.Act along with 409/420/120 B of IPC?
There are conflicting judgements reg clubing other sections of IPC with the complaint under N.I.Act.

Dear sir,my husband is living outside his home town in kuchaman city , along with his Jiji and jijaji in guwahatui,he is CA and having his job in guwahati, I am also having job and now come to live in guwahati, he is not ready to live with me, there is no any application in family court, what are legal remedy for me to live with him, any notice or any act, actually the notice should be such that he is bind to provide me shelter , whether he is in her sister house or not.

Good morning
I seek advice on gratuity. I work with a Pvt Ltd company and have been in continuous service since Sep 2010.
The initial offer letter has the designation as Consultant and the contract has been renewed on time without any break in service
I get benefits like leave (30 days per annum) and the Sat/Sun weekly off and am dedicated to work in this company.
Please advice if I am eligible for Gratuity as i do not have any savings like Provident Fund etc.
Also since I get paid a fee how will the basic be determined. What will the calculation be ?

Is is necessary to execute commercial agreement on Rs 100/- Non judicial stamp paper? I understand that such type of agreements are covered by entry No 5 (c) of schedule 1 of the said act.
Can we execute such type of agreements on plain paper or company's letter head?

Arbitration proceedings during pendency of civil suit
We have filed a recovery suit. Opposite party filed application for arbitration since agreement contains arbitration clause. We had written to party for arbitration for settlement but they did not respond. After that we filed recovery suit. My query is at this stage can court refer matter for arbitration? If court insist for arbitration can we ask for appointment of arbitrator and fix a time frame?
