You are a lawyer so kindly consider that the sole aim of the experts here is to make charity to the really needy persons having no sufficient means to hire the lawyers or even if they have hired, are confused.

We are not paid even a single penny. We devote our own resources of all type which you may imagine.

If a person having no personal problem raises a query either just for his knowledge or for any other purpose than his own problem then such query shall be treated as an academic query not related with him.

As in the given issue, you didn't disclose what is your relation with the query so the same tag was shown to you.

Though this query is still academic but being lawyer, I opine that speedy trial is a right of the accused. Not only Apex Court but recently your own High Court has time and again issued directions to the investigating agencies to complete the investigation within a short span of time and submit charge-sheets before the concerned courts but still it is sen that practically problems are coming in its true implementation as is seen in case of your client.

File a writ of mandamus before high court in your case.
