My birthplace is uttar pradesh. I got married in 2001 in delhi .my caste is in obc both state. In 2005 revenue department issued me obc certificate but now delhi service selection board and issueing authority cancel my certificate.becouse I am not resident from 1993 in delhi. I have every document from delhi for example voter card, passport , pan card, aadhar. I am permanent resident from last 16 year in delhi. What I do now please suggest me.

What is the reason mentioned by authorities while rejecting your claim/ benefit under "OBC" category.
What sort of benefit you have sought and from which authority (who have rejected)?
Discuss/Consult a local lawyer for better appreciation of facts, guidance and proceeding.

Caste status does not undergo change on account of change in residential status unless the State to which the person has migrated does not recognise the particular caste as OBC . I think the certificate referred to by you is residential status certificate for purposes of securing employment. Please check. Further u have stated that the certificate was issued to you by the Revenue Department of the Delhi Govt. If this is so Delhi Services Selection Board cannot cancel it. You may write to the Board and request them to review their decision.

I was submitted an application about that the information. My caste in delhi and my origin state is in obc both state.my marriage in same cast. I was submitted supportive documents. My in law's family live in delhi from 1964.but Tahsildar said me for submitting my residence prof since 1993. I am not migrant I was come to Delhi after marriage. Dsssb and tahsildar said I am migrant from other state. What I do sir.
