Confusion in law practice

(Querist) 05 January 2017 This query is : Resolved
Hello, This is Yogesh student of BSL LLB final year from Pune. I'm very confused about law practice. Many people told me practicing criminal law is very risky. There is no family life for criminal defense lawyers. Is it true ?
Many people suggest me go for judiciary services. I'm interested in practicing criminal law but is it risky?
r.sathyanarayanan (Expert) 06 January 2017
Dear Mr.yogesh,
Don't worry,it is not like that.
A lawyer should always Identify himself only with the case and not be with the client.
If you follow the above ,then you need not worry.
Going for judicial service is also good since you will have regular income.
I wish you all the best!
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 06 January 2017
Agree with R.Satyanarayanan.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 06 January 2017
There is no major risk attached with the practice in criminal law compared to practice in other fields of law.
Adv. Yogesh Pawar (Querist) 06 January 2017
Risk mean criminals threaten or assault lawyers. Is it true ?

Sorry to advise you that before you could Start practice first Join A good karate school or kung Fu School of your choice and Get a Black Belt. Then Join a Good yoga master and get trained in Yoga for Self confidence. Then Once you are ready Enroll in BCI and then start your Practice.

Many Seniors and Elderly advocates attend several type of cases.cases against VVIPs also were attended by them. There is nothing to fear and you will be doing only your Duty.first join a Good senior and start Practice under him and automatically all your fear would Vanish. All the Best.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 06 January 2017
There is no such risk.

main risk is of income from practice may be lean / less initially.
Guest (Expert) 06 January 2017
Remember first 3 years under a Good Senior would be Not For Earning But for Learning. After 3 years of Good Training and Good Learning By God.s Grace There Will Not be any Worry for Income.

When u have evinced interest in Criminal law, there must be some basis.

Ifeel, the the fear expressed by u is not exactly out of place, but it depends on ur conduct as a lawyer and the type of client relationship u build up in the process.

If by god's grace u join an experienced senior, u will learn the trade urself by observing every nitty gritty of his conduct and by the time u start taking briefs independently , u will feel life is more content & blissful in this profession.

Risk is everywhere in life. If you go to bring milk from your house to milk booth, it is very risky. Anything can happen to you. Better to first inform police before getting out from your house.
H.M.Patnaik (Expert) 08 January 2017
U r welcome.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 09 January 2017
Excellent baseless / bogus suggestion to inform police before going out of house. however, unable to agree?

Is it practical?
is it feasible?
Can it be applied?
has it any reference to the query?
has the author himself observed / applied suggestion?

If not, why such suggestion?

Respected Sirs
I humbly request you all to look forward leaving the matter.
I answered ironically which very simple. I did not mind any comment on me or any body else because the comments represents the commentator and not the subject.

Ld Tulsidas ji explained it before 450 years ago in a very simple and single sentence that ' Jaaki Rahi Bhawana Jaisi, Prabhu Murat Dekhi Tin Tesi.

Means the comments does represent the Lrod Rama, The comments represents those who passed it.

Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 12 January 2017
I would like to add the advise to the author to be more courteous to the experts on this platform and learn some more etiquette, while addressing them as "HELLO"??
Bad manners for a law student.
