Wife demands Huge amount , already done forged documents , and making threaten calls that if u not fulfil demands, I will send a Kid to other country.
This is not a educational or created query.
Yet case is not file on the same from both side. But what is a remedy to such wife. If yes what type punishment can be given . Laws are equal to both sex.

File a suit for custody of the child.One spouse can not take unilateral decision of sending the child abroad.
File a suit for restitution of conjugal rights.

3) If she sends a Kid to other country, what is loss to you?

If someone tells you what type punishment can be given, what would you do with that, as you are not legally authorised to punish your wife.
Better discuss relevant facts and case history to enable the experts to understand, what is the real problem, you are facing and why.
Answers on guesswork of the experts may not help you solve your problem.

To holding back son to send abroad, go for restitution of conjugal rights,ask for custody of son, allege preparing fake documents is crime etc.
