Can i claim share on maternal grand father's property

Can i claim on maternal grand father's property which is self occupied by him. as he still alive and my mother dies and he added maternal grand mother and maternal uncle's name into his property that are shown in VF 6, VF 8-A, VF 7

If the property is self acquired property of your grand-father then even mother had no say in if her father decided to give it to person of his choice.
So forget this property.

I agree with Mr. Berman.. If it is not an ancestral property then you have no right to claim any share in the property.
