Restraing order passed in suit,under O39 R1 & 2, to restrain defendant firm from alienating factory premises. Suit was for money recovery from same firm. During pendancy of injunction application firm sold its factory for 1/8 true market value of the factory. Suit was decreed in my favour. I am now in execution, please advise if that restraining order is of value in EP.

Once the suit is disposed all connected IAs will stand disposed automatically hence the order passed in application filed under o39 rule 1 and 2 becomes infructuous automatically. EP is different subject.
