Can u tell in society Share certificate how many name we can write or how many name allowed in share cetificate of society?

My bldg is mahada redevelopment bldg. Now old society have to Add new wing members in society. So in that they tell in share cetificate only 1 main name and 1 joint meembers name we write. But in my agreement we have 3 names. So it is posible to add all three name in Share cetificate?

thanks ajay sethi. but society chairman and sec told that only one main name and other joint member name is allowed and other all name should be associtaed members. so how i explian him ? and if any 1 have that link of law then pls send so i can saw him...

if flat has been purchased in name of 3 persons the name of 3 owners can be reflected in share certificate .

Names of 3 persons can only be mentioned on the certificate.

Agree with the experts that the names of all joint owners may be incorporated in the society's share certificate.

If the members are more than 3 then names of all those shall not be entered in the share certificate as the restriction is upto 3 names.

agreed with experts unless the Constitution of the Society (which you seem to have not read) has contrary provision.
