Seeking for a help

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

MY NAME IS UTTAM WORKING IN A SMALL FIRM AS A MARKETING ANALYST SINCE 2YEARS, BUT RECENTLY MY COMPANY MANAGER AND HR MANAGER TAKEN ME TO CONFERENCE ROOM AND SAID WE HAVE LISTEN SOME BAD MOUTHING WORDS ABOUT OUR COMPANY THAT U HAVE DISCUSSED WITH OUR OFFICE EMPLOYEE AND MOREOVER U ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR SENDING BACK SOME OF OUR PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE,I WAS SHOCKED THAT TIME BECAUSE HOW CAN I DO LIKE THIS, SO I DIDN'T ACCEPTED THIS SUE. AFTER THAT THEY SAID TO SIGN ON THE NOC(NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE)AND LEAVE OUR COMPANY NOW ONLY, WE ARE GOING TO PUT YOUR NAME IN TERMINATION LIST BUT I DIDN'T SIGN THERE THEN I SAID GIVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK ABOUT THIS AND GIVE ME MY RELIEVING AND EXP LETTER BUT THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ANY DOCUMENTS. AFTER THAT THEY SAID IF U WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THIS JOB THEN U HAVE TO SIGN IN PAPER WHERE MENTIONED THAT IF IN FUTURE ANY COMPLAIN WILL RAISE AGAINST ME THEN THEY WILL TERMINATE ME WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENTS AND COMPENSATION, SO I WAS FULLY CONFUSED THAT TIME AND I HAVE SIGNED THERE. BUT NOW I FEEL I AM IN VERY RISKY SITUATION, BECAUSE I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I HEARD PREVIOUSLY ALSO THEY DID SAME THING WITH SOME OF THE EMPLOYEE.

PLEASE SIR/MADAM SHOW ME THE WAY IN THIS MATTER, IF I WOULDN'T GET ANY DOCUMENTS THEN MY CAREER WILL SPOIL.

Mention what you have stated in the letter.'In any case you better switch the job.

The job can not be terminated without adopting due procedure of law and without giving proper chance to listen you. The benefits can not be stopped till proper disciplinary proceedings have taken place provided you forgo this right in writing while accepting your previous indiscipline. The fruitful advise can be given on knowing what have you given in writing.

Agree with the advise to switch over the job.

The undertaking was not given by freewill, but under coercion. Moreover, the undertaking confers no benefit to the queriest, but siphons of his basic rights. Such undertaking is of no legal effect.

Being Pvt Firm, and u r Marketing Executive/ Mgr.

U r advised to change ur employer. resign and join another co.

Malafide &ulterior motive of ur superior, but u can't help.
No Labour Law Protect to u.
Don't work hvg sword on head.
u can't enjoy work, nor perform under this condition.
and they will never appreciate.

Dear Mr.Uttam Ji,

If you've some proof of their victimization etc of you-you can file a case in Labour court of your town and also get orders from the court directing them not to victimize and harass you on false grounds and also get all your dues and compensation etc along with return of all your documents/service certificate and relieving orders from them in case of your unjustified termination. Also, file affidavits of persons in , who faced similar discriminatory treatment and victimization at the hands of your employers while filing the labor court case.
