Dear learned experts,if a dv case is going (sec23)(sec23(2),18,20,22-if husband file RCR will the interim maintenance stop for while or it will continue?

is there anyway to stop int maintanance.becoz i didnt committed any violence her family wants money from me.when i ask them for a settlement they are asking me 40 lakhs and her father is saying that they will not send her to my place.now a days i am mentally disturbed and they also not allowing me to see my 7 months old baby boy too.i dont know what to do?pls suggest me a way.

it takes years to earn Rs 40 lakhs . refuse to pay exhorbitant amount claimed by your wife . fight case on mertis . if your wife refuses to come back you ought to have filed for divorce rather than RCR
