Proof of second marriage acceptable in court

My father deserted my mother and forced us to leave the house, and did a second marriage without divorcing my mother this incident took place 10 years ago.I was just 16 years old at that time and could not fight back.

Now I am grown up and my mother wants to file a bigamy case against him, below are the details

1. My father has married another woman, but I dont think so he has registerd it,he simply married her in a temple or so.

2. He doesnt have any children from this secong marriage.

3. Also I dont think so that he has registered that womans name in any legal documnets like ration card or something.

4. I dont have any proofs of his second marriage, currently my father is staying with that woman in our house

5. I am planning to hire a detective to collect proofs of his second marrige

6. I want to know what proofs are acceptable in court that can proof his second marriage

marriage invitation card , registration certificate , wedding photographs etc

Also The priest present at the time of marriage who performed the marriage and the guest who attended the marriage.
