Any legal action to be taken against s.h.o

(Querist) 26 August 2013 This query is : Resolved 
RESPECTED SIR,
IN THE CHEQUE BOUNCE CASE ARREST WARRANT HAS BEEN
PENDING FROM 5 MONTHS IN THE POLICE STATION. ACCUSED RESIDING HIS OWN HOUSE WHICH
IS NEAR TO THE POLICE STATION.THE ACCUSED HAD BEEN MANAGING THE S.H.O.NUMBER OF TIMES WHICH WAS ORALLY REQUESTED TO S.H.O.S.H.O DID NOT EXECUTED THE WARRANT.
SO,WHAT STEPS I HAVE TO BE TAKEN IN THE COURT?
CAN I GIVE LEGAL NOTICE TO THE S.H.O THROUGH
MY PLEADER THAT WHY HE SHOULD NOT EXECUTE THE WARRANT .
IS THERE ANY CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODE(SECTION)
TO TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE S.H.O.
PLS GIVE ME SUGGESTION SIR.

If you give such notice police will give a report that the person is unknown. You wait for the next date let judge take a stand.

Such act on the part of the SHO is against the direction of the court so better to make complaint to that particular court failing which to file a criminal complaint against such person.
