Can summer vacation custody be possible for a 16 year old girl to her father who lives alone.Kindly guide what to do.

You should apply to the Guardianship court under Guardian and Wards Act.

A 16year old girl is minor,father is guardian.

But it is unclear what you exactly want to ask?

Custody to father or release of father?

I think that you want to ask whether a father in jail can be released for some days when the summer vacation of his daughter are going to be held.

Court can grant as it is its discretion.

Thanks for comments.My question is about the child custody case.Case is in the court for the custody of a 16 year old daughter.Father has got visiting rights every sunday.
He applied for summer vacation custody.Can it be given as he lives alone and there is no female support at home(Means mother or sister etc.).Kindly suggest.

Yes, court can grant summer vacation custody.

Yes it can be granted. Unless the girl child herself denies it.

Wishes of a 16 year old would always be taken into consideration by the courts.
