Writ petitions

(Querist) 07 April 2012 This query is : Resolved
we had seen since the flow of MNC's bank in india how oftenly they floats the land kaw and conveniently escape by paying a meagre penalty amount which is a public money and again they indulge in same activities. Very few people go to the court and others compromise it by foregoing the benefit. my question is is there any way by filling writ petition seeking for the accountability with strict and transparent punishment? Will you guide.

RBI, which regulates the banking system in India takes reasonable care by reiterating the regulations time to time. The aggrieved party can get relief either from RBI or through Ombudsman. Even if you file a PIL and got the punishments specified, there should be a customer who should identify the floating of rules. Otherwise the final result of PIL decision will also without any difference.

I had exhuasted the option of Ombudman where the answe was the said query does not fall into their category. As suggested lets the RBI appoints a regulator through the PIL where by the borrowers are not harrass and to support the evil design of MNC the laws are solely in their supports so we have to think wisely to have a level playing field
