Judgement copy

Dear Sir,
I want to use a copy of Delhi Judgement in my case.What is the process of taking the authorised copy of judgement from the court ?
Anyone can take he copy or not ? What formalities are required to apply for judgement ?

if the judgement is reported one you cna find copy of said judgement on indian kanoon website .

if you are a party to the suit you cna otherwise get copy of judgement , ask your lawyer he will do the needful

if the judgement has been passed and the judgement is reportable you can get the judgement copy through court site, if you have citation or title of the case, may be we can help you.

you may get the copy from a Reporter or from the website of the HC or may apply for the certified copy of the order in HC.

for a pending case you will not be allowed to apply for certified copy.

if you want to get the certified copy of the judgement of another case, you file an application along with an affidavit by mentioning he reason for what it is required. Or you can do one thing approach the one of the parties of that case and get the certified copy of the judgement thru., them.

If reported, get xerox from reporter, if not reported, get certified copy from delhi.
