Redevelopment

Dear Sir, My friend have a flat in Mira Road, Mumbai which is going to Redevelopment ( Including four building of one Reg. society ). He has a flat of 500 sq ft.( 1 BHK ) in that. So in this redevelopment legally how much area he suppose to get from builder ?.

What is your suggestion, so that he can ask from builder.

You shall have to put entire facts here so as to make calculation like total area to be developed, development plan etc. Why do you not ask this question from relevant person means architect instead of lawyers?

The area is likely to be decreased though it differs from state to state as every state has its own Municipal rules and regulations in this respect.

it depends upon your negotiating skills with developer .

generally anextra bedroom is added as an incentive plus cash comepnsation to members of society . no hard and fast rule
