Can trachers of private unaided school in Maharashtra file writ against school management which is involved in unfair means of employment. Teachers have ZP approval also . Education officer made many reports about irregularity and currupt practices of present school management

This bring to kind notice that our family is 3 brothers 1 sisiter.Property problem will issued the our family members.
1.One sister is before 1986 married his property issued the 0.50 cents
2.3 Brothers will same 0.50 cents part ion deed in our family.
3.Balance property is 0.50 cents grand mother name.
4.0.10 cents property is grandfather name.
His Father, Mother died. How to solve the property problem.whos is eligible and uneligible persons.
Kindly arrange the solution as soon as possible.

2 months ago I started using telegram and I went on a group there was a girl saying vc available so to see if it was real I DM her and she said 80 rupee and I did payment but she didn't vc now after 2 months someone call me and says that this girl is arrested and are asking 3600 rupee and saying if I didn't do payment they will capture my parents PLEASE HELP

My mom has been married to my father for 25 years. In the past few years she is being abused both mentally and physically. My mom is a homemaker and she has no financial support. We only have voice recordings , no video proof of violence. What can we do?

Sir, I resigned during the training time in CRPF because my selection in other post.
I could not get DV in the second job because CRPF delayed my documents by a day.
When I talked to the department and wrote a letter to them, they asked me to wait and said that we will contact you as soon as we get a reply from above.
Can I rejoin CRPF now? It's been 2 months since I resigned.

Respected people,
My father had a agricultural land of 2 acre in village.On which there is name of my other 3 brothers with me on record .
Problem is that it is under , someone's possession from a long period . Now we two brothers want demarcation of land but one brother is not intrested in demarcation ,infact due to personal issues and fights he is saying that he will put objection on demarcation process
My question is this ,
As a co-partner can we apply for demarcation.
We don't want to sell land we just want to get demarcation and our possession.
So can we do this process without his will to do it as we have our share and name on land records to.

The reserve seat which has been decided and fixed by the government in the society only reserves category of Maharashtra can contest on those seats or reserve category of any state (scheduled cast schedule tribe can contest the election for those seats )
