Rejoining in crpf

(Querist) 04 January 2024 This query is : Resolved
Sir, I resigned during the training time in CRPF because my selection in other post.
I could not get DV in the second job because CRPF delayed my documents by a day.
When I talked to the department and wrote a letter to them, they asked me to wait and said that we will contact you as soon as we get a reply from above.
Can I rejoin CRPF now? It's been 2 months since I resigned.

Sir, is there any rule or method or not? So that one can rejoin CRPF. If yes, please tell me its process.

If your resignation has been accepted by CRPF authorities, it would not be possible for you to re-join the earlier post.
If you were in a Government job and resigned, you can withdraw your resignation till it is processed and you are relieved. Once all formalities have been completed, you cannot rejoin.

Sir, the department has not given me any reply yet. It has been a month since the letter reached the department. On February 2, it will be 90 days since I resigned. When I contact the department, they say wait for a while, we will contact you as soon as the reply comes from the headquarters. He immediately rejected some other friends.

You can keep all the letter correspondences secured so that in case your application to cancel the resignation is rejected, you can approach CAT seeking the desired relief with the support of the documents in your possession
