Perjury by landlord

Dear Experts,
My family is a tenant of commercial premises since 1948 in Delhi. We had a long ongoing dispute with an ex partner. In 2015, this ex partner made his Samdhi buy this premises who became the landlord.
First this landlord initiated legal proceedings calling my family illegal tenants and cited damage to the premises. He was proven wrong and rt before losing the case, he withdrew it.
By that time 5 yrs had passed, and then he initiated eviction against us citing bonafide need for his son which he won. He said that his son has quit job, is presently unemployed and wants to do business.
The review and appeal in high court was also dismissed.
The eviction deadline is 31st March. Meanwhile, We have come into possession of multiple documentary evidence which are a clear proof that landlord's bonafide claim is a total lie. Even the intention to open business can be proven otherwise.
We have realised that their is no relief for a tenant in the courts now. We tried giving these evidence in high court but were refused an opportunity to present it.
The landlord has lied not once but twice in the courts and engaged previously in frivolous and now false litigations against my family causing great drain on our mental peace and finances.
If we do not challenge the eviction any further, is there any way that the landlord can be tried for perjury.
We are under litigation with the person in the background (ex partner) for the last 42 years, and now his prop finally got us evicted.
Does a better title of property entitle a landlord to lie in the courts.

Contempt petition and execution petition simultaniously

Central administrative Tribunal passed an order directing compliance within Two weeks. Respondents did not complied with said order in more than 3 months. I have already initiated contempt petition last month and notice has been issued to the respondents.

Respondent has not complied to the order till now.

My query is,

1. Can i initiate Execution Petition Simultaneously/separately alongside contempt petition?
2. Or Can Tribunal direct compliance to the order in the contempt petition itself?

Recorded deposition contrary to the original petition

Respected Learned Experts, I have filed a Rent Control Original Petition for vacating the tenant for default in payment of rent and for my personal usage. During the deposition before the Addl District Munisiff the concerned judge has erroneously recorded that the tenant has to either pay the market rent or to vacate the premises. But in my original petition, I have prayed for vacating the tenant for the two reasons i.e., default in rent and for my own use. Without reading the deposition, I had signed it. Now the case is posted for cross examination. How can I correct the deposition so to match my original prayer i.e., vacating the tenant? Kindly give your valuable advice as I am appearing as Party In-person.

Nhai authority & tax authority -reg

Dear Sir,

When my mother in law died recently, she mentioned some of the property acquired by NHAI for the outer ring road in 1990 to 95.

She said that compensation money also was not obtained from such department authority and that the area abounded near Korattur Village for the outer ring road project at Padi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.



Where would be approached if money is allotted or not? And Kindly guide us to get the details.

Second thing that time balance rescued land tax payment also paid to concern revenue department too and we want get tax receipt from such authority for evidence.

About fake sc certficate

I have got scheduled caste certificate by blood relation of my uncle.My uncle got it normally.Actually what happens ,One day one of my neighbour told me that,you have your blood relation scheduled caste certificate of your uncle and you could get from it.I agreed about that because I was at the year 1990 at about 18+ age and was no knowledge about that.I am not scheduled caste and doing job with this certificate.What could I do now?

Society noc

Respected Sir | Madam

I (Buyer) have recently purchased a resale flat in Mumbai Suburban area and I have availed a Bank Home Loan for the same. We are at the final step to complete the property deal but the Seller's Co-op. Housing Society Secretary is NOT issuing NOC in the prescribed bank format as required by the buyer's bank. The Secretary wants to add an additional point in the said NOC related to a future planned self redevelopment of the society so that the buyer's bank is well informed about the same. Though there is NO concrete plan of action related to this redevelopment but just the redevelopment proposal was discussed in last year's Society AGM with majority of the residents providing their consent. The redevelopment dates are yet NOT finalized and also NO goverment approvals for the redevelopment are ready at present. No builder is ready for this redevelopment and so the society has decided to go for self redevelopment. The buyer's bank will NOT disburse the Loan amount if the Society NOC has an additional redevelopment point outside of the prescribed bank format. In the aforesaid situation, below are my burning questions: 1. Is there any option like Indemnity Bond / Collateral so that the bank becomes ready to accept the said NOC with the additional redevelopment point? 2. Is there any Society Bye Law so that the Society can be legally forced to issue the NOC in prescribed bank format? Thanks in Advance.

Thumb impression of sales deed is valid or not valid ?

Hello sir, Good evening.

We have requested the following query and will expect clarification from your platform
We need the answer to the following questions?

1) Without thumb impression in sale deed in 1979 is valid or not valid document?
2) Sale deed document partially shown seller signature and missing in some paper. 
3) Without purchaser sign & thumb impression is a valid sale document?
4) How to check if the thumb impression was available in the sub-register office in their registered records.
