i have given exam of aiims jodhpur for JE post
- there were 4 posts (3 UR and 1 obc)
rank marks
1st. 167(EWS).......on ur seat
2nd. 148(OBC).......on ur seat
3rd. 146(UR).........on ur seat
4th. 161(OBC*) ABSORBED OBC SEAT. REASON--- couldnt fulfill age criterion of UR.
WAIT list of candidates:
1) UR (143 marks)
2) obc (142 marks)
3) obc (139 marks)
now if rank 4th(on obc reserved seat) from the selected list not joined the job, who is called next from the wait list ???
reservation has given, during making result publish(provisional list) now , will wait list also be filled as per catagory (OR) merit wise, as the wait list given by department is common.
and if they call wait 1st candidate as per merit, then there seats arrangement would reamin the same i.e 3 ur and 1 obc ............kindly help me out

Dear experts,
A person died, and he is survived with wife, two daughters and a son.
But the son is in Jail now.
If the family wants to repay the debts (that the deceased had borrowed) by selling the lands they own, is there a way to sell the lands without the signature of the son?
If that is not possible, is there a way we can obtain the signature of the son from the Jail to sell the property?

Hello,
Recently, I have seen one property which is a NA plot in kasarsai, Mulshi - Pune.
This plot is a NA plot (2500 sq feet - 2 ghunta ) but near this property, there is one dam name Kasarsai DAM about 2 km away from the plot.
So, is there any rule in Maharashtra that one cannot construct a bungalow near DAM?
Any suggestion is highly appreciated !!!!

My friend send me a file on whatsapp to further send on instagram not disclosing the facts of file due to which my account of instagram has been disabled. Can I report to police or any action as per law can be taken against my so called friend. Please advise.

Does the power of verification of papers relating to the VAT case lie with the same CTO officer or someone else?

Sir, I applied for the permanent post of assistant professor under bc category in gndu. I got interview letter. But I was not allowed to appear for an interview bcoz my bc certificate was the old year 2015 which I was not aware that it is renewed every year. I requested authorities to allow me for an interview for which I wrote an application and attached my husband's income tax return but even then I was not allowed. I want to ask u that I got an interview letter which was sent to me after my Xerox certificates were scrutinized by the authorities..why didn't they noticed then? Why they sent me an interview letter then? I was harassed a lot on interview day ...can I do anything?

MY FATHER BOUGHT LAND IN 1989. AT THAT TIME THE HAND WRITTEN PATTA NAME IS CORRECT. IN THE ONLINE PATTA THE NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED AND THE AREA OF THE SQ.FT ALSO CHANGED. PLEASE GIVE THE SOLUTION SIR, IAM IN CHENNAI

I wanted to ask you that after my niqqa things between me and my started getting heated up and he doesn’t want to stay with me so do i . He said me he wont give me divorce and i can take khula but he said you wont b able to get khula and u will stay on my name forever and i will remarry but u will stay the same as i will be present on all the hearing and challenge that i dont want to give you . I fully believe in law and culprit has to be prosecuted as per law if found guilty. however i am writing this to you because the person mention my relatives number now due that we are getting problems as number was public.
