someone do fraud with me of 30 lakh the mainly transactions is in cash in police station settlement occur that they will pay the amount of 22 lakh in 10 months with signed settlement infront of 5 witness but now they dont give me cheque for security or nor they made a promisory note on notary what can i do? do i complaint in police again for cheque recovery

I am representing the accused in one matter filed u/s. 138 of N. I. Act wherein I have filed discharge application to which the CA of Complainant has filed his say. the CA is a son of complainant mother. the mother has filed the complaint but reply to the discharge application is filed by her son as her CA without any POA or LOA. i am in need of a judgment that the son has no locus standee to represent the complainant as he doesn't have any authority and the reply filed by the son is inadmissible.
Please provide me some citation on this.

I'm working in an psu bank and I'm on leave since last few months on medical grounds before taking leave I have applied for ibps po notification before I could inform it to my organization i went under medical ground leave.. Now I have been qualified for ibps po mains and called for interview.. Will my organization provide me noc to attend the interview .

I live in an apartment with six flats only. The apartment was built in 1989. The builder had some areas under his possession till now, but sold it to a resident of the same apartment. Yet one common parking area is not been allotted to any one. Can the builder sell that any residents of the apartment. FYI it is currently used as common parking space.

i traded with ACST and BSQ with D the amount traded is 4.50lakh and profit is 252000USDT but can not withdrawal because they are asking for 20% commission. But also sarah Asst told me that if I pay only 5000USDT then one will help but after paying that too I did not get withdrawal. Life is going in a lot of tension, so I contacted an expert on telgram :Rykabalan who helped me recover my money back and give me safe guard to trade .

MY CRIMINAL WRIT PETITION IS PENDING BEFORE THE HIGH COURT ON MATTER U/S 195 R/W 304. THE JUSTICE OF HIGH COURT DID NOT GRANT EXPART STAY AND SUMMOND THE RESPONDENT HOWEVER THE RESPONDENT DECLINED TO RECEIVE THE SUMMON TO APPEAR BEFORE THE HIGH COURT AND INSTEAD THE BAILIFF RETURNED STATING THAT THE RESPONDENT IS NOT RESIDING AT THE SAID ADDRESS.
MEANWHILE THE CRIMINAL CASE IS CONTINUING BEFORE THE TRIAL COURT AND THE TRIAL COURT FRAMED CHARGE WITHOUT PASSING ORDER ON ARGUMENT BEFORE FRAMING CHARGE. IN THIS CASE IS IT PERMITTED BY LAW TO FILE REVISION APPLICATION BEFORE THE DISTRICT AND SESSIONS COURT OR WILL THIS BE CONTEMPT OF COURT. THANK YOU FOR YOUR REPLY

My father had a kcc by 2008 and my sisters having educational loan also. By 2011 my father passed away. After that the manager from the bank had filed a case against us in drt. The total amount which we had taken is 3.75 lakh as kcc and 4 lakh as educational loan.by 2022 Dec I got a letter from drt that your property will recover by bank .should I get any amount waiver
