No objection certificate

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 08 January 2023 This query is : Resolved
I'm working in an psu bank and I'm on leave since last few months on medical grounds before taking leave I have applied for ibps po notification before I could inform it to my organization i went under medical ground leave.. Now I have been qualified for ibps po mains and called for interview.. Will my organization provide me noc to attend the interview .

Quick Summary
A PSU bank employee on medical leave applied for the IBPS PO exam before informing their employer and has now qualified for the interview. They are seeking advice on whether their organisation will provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to attend the interview. The consensus is that the employee should formally apply for the NOC and await their employer's response, as the key issue is informing the employer rather than the leave itself.

Yes. It is a repeated query.

Repetition of same story shall not change the opinion of experts.
However, if you are not satisfied with obligation of experts, it would be better to consult a local prudent lawyer for proper appreciation of facts and professional advise.
In any case, it is absurd and ridiculous to repeat same query time and again that too concealing your identity.

You can apply for NOC from your organisation and wait for their response, the question is not about the leave but it is about the information to your employer.
