hello sir, my grandfather(85 yrs old) gave a credit of 1.5lks to a person in 2007 on promisory note later he gave rs20000 in 2008 and rs4000 in 2011. till now he didnt gave anything. my grandfather is really felt bad and cheated. already gave notice but he didnt took that.
is there any rights for senior citizens?

hello Sir, recently a neighbour(advocate) is so vulgurly abused me in the street.for just saying,that my bike is at middle of the road.but everyone knows that,its not true.its not the first time, that he done like this.
can i file a complaint against him??

hi Sir, in 2006 the agricultural land bought for Rs.6 lakhs, and now we turned that land into plots by all converting fees and other legally done now it is Rs.3000 per yard. so in what type i should pay the tax.? plz help

hello Sir, i'm planning to buy santro xing if we go for loan can we have the tax exemption, my father was filing ITR 4 frm the past 4 years because of we are having rent of rs.50k per month as cheque for commercial building, paying rs.21000 p.m for housing loan in sbi and we didn't have any business except some 4 acres of land.

Sir, i have a doubt in easement act,can i go for RTI ACT?.my problem is the fellow farmer objecting to go into my land because of we make them plots in 1 acre 60 cents. but he was not farming his land, and says that you have to use only for cultivation not for commercial. what should i do?

Dear Sir,
i have 1.40 acres, i converted the agriculture land to non-agriculture(plots) in 2008 PANCHAYAT norms, and now the layout contains a total of 18 plots, but the fellow farmer(who is adjacent to my land) he is objecting that there is no right to go the vehicles for plots purpose but only for your farming purpose. and it is a bit of 200 sq yards(dispute). he was demanding one of my plots for that. please give me the suggestion that this is a point or not? what should i do??
