Sir, i have a doubt in easement act,can i go for RTI ACT?.my problem is the fellow farmer objecting to go into my land because of we make them plots in 1 acre 60 cents. but he was not farming his land, and says that you have to use only for cultivation not for commercial. what should i do?

Before making plots you have to obtain NA permission for your land.

YES! GET THE PROPERTY CONVERTED AS NON AGRICULTURAL BY ORDER OF SDM UNDER LAND LAW OF THE STATE WHERE THE PROPERTY IS.
