Finding easement act then better to buy the bare act of easement , for that no need to approach RTI, if any personal problem then you can find the details byRTI.

dear sir, can i know the easement rights thru RTI, the farmer who is adjacent to my land that he is objecting me that i had no rights to use his land to go into my land (converted to plots) only for agriculture purpose only, he is not understanding and moreover he is shouting blindly on us. its not farming land its just 200 yards. they are just taking advantage on us. what should i do sir.
