Hello,

I want to register the logo of my company & its name style as Trademark,
Please inform whether any agent is required to be employed and if yes, then how much do agents generally charge?

What time it takes to register the trademarks generally?

Assisting the Public Prosecutor

Hello,

In a case of State v/s the Accused against whom we had filed a complaint in Crime Branch & Chargesheet was filed by the Investigating Officer,
Q 1
although we cannot appoint a lawyer to directly fight the case, but can we hire a lawyer to assist or support the public prosecutor ?

Q 2
What other steps can we take so that the Public Prosecutor remains loyal & does'nt accept bribe from the other party ?

Power of Attorney for purchase of flat in company's name

Hello,

My director wants to purchase a residential flat in the name of the company. Can a power of attorney be executed in favour of an outsider to purchase the flat & complete all the formalities including registration.

The person is niether director nor an employee & is not assciated with the company in any manner?
Can this be done?
If yes, then what value of stamp paper to be used for executing the POA?

Deed of Confirmation

There is a delay of more than 7 months in registration of one agreement, Hence, instead of paying the penalty of 10 times the registration charges, I'm planning to execute a Deed of Confirmation & attach the original documents to this deed after 8 months from the date of execution of the agreement.

Please guide on the charges to be paid for registering the "Deed of Confirmation"

Form 32 for Company Secretary

I was working as a Company Secretary in a company & on 19th July,2009 I resigned by giving proper notice. Then I joined a new co. as their CS.
But the concerned persons in the previous co. despite repeated requests are not filing the required Form 32 for my cessation from their secretaryship. Because of this, i'm unable to file my fresh Form 32 for the new co.
What action should I take against the co.?
