WHILE IN 10+2 CERTIFICATE IT IS WRITTEN AS DHARMENDRA PRASAD SHAW
HOW TO CORRECT BOTH NAME
AND ALSO SUGGEST THAT
WHICH ONE CAN BE RETAINED AS CORRECT NAME

Sir,
I am living in a rented flat on 1st floor and my landlord has given the ground floor to some businessmen. At starting i.e.in year 2004-05 they started running small machines which does not sounds much but recently they have established some big machine and
they run a machine shop which sounds a lot and also our flat vibrates due to running of machines
I have reported about that to our land lord but he is reluctant in this matter and doing nothing.
How can I stop this
Please show me the Way

Dear Sir,
one of my friend has purchased a house prosperity in our locality on 1st may 2013
i.e. registry has taken place on that date
but the seller have asked some time to vacant the house.
Now on 15th oct 2013 suddenly seller is telling that his Uncle is asking him to sell the property to him . As he had not given his uncle any notice about selling of the property he is telling that he is going to give a notice to his uncle and if he will not get ready to take the property then he will vacant the property
can he do this!Is it legal that after selling such property any one can tell like this.
if there is any rule that is making him bound to give notice to his uncle why I am not told about that at the time of registration. Isint the duty of resistrar to ask about it at the time of registration
what can my frind do
what are the legal protection available to him

ONE OF MY FREND HAS CLEARED WRITTEN EXAMINATION OF AMUNITION FACTORY KHADKI PUNE
HE HAS BEEN CALLED FOR INTERVIEW ALSO
AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
NOTHING IS TOLD TO HIM
NOW AFTER DECLARATION OF FINAL RESULT
HIS CANDIDATURE HAS BEEN REJECTED ON THE LOGIC THAT HE HAS FURNISED FALSE INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF FILLING ON LINE APPLICATION FORM
SO MY DEAR FRIEND WANTS TO FILL A CASE AGAINST THE FACTORY

One of my friend has passed written exam of Technician Grade 3 in Railway Recruitment Board Bilashpur but at the time of Document Verification railway officials said that there is a slight difference in spelling of his name and they held up his appointment. In Matric certificate spelling of his name is PARUIN KUMAR GUPTA and in ITI/NCVT certificate his name is PARVIN KUMAR GUPTA . It is completely observed that there is a clerical mistake and V appears as U in Matric Certificate but railway officials are not ready to accept this they have told him to make the require correction otherwise his candidature will be cancelled .
My friend ready to is give them first class Magistrate Affidavit but they are not ready to accept it. What he should do?
Just due to a spelling mistake can’t he get a garment job
We are not ready accept this
What is solution for this

if some mr. A blames or try to defame MR B by saying that Mr. A has stolen his motorbyke
in that case can mr. b file a case of manhani against mr.A
. If he can then how ? tell me the probable consequence of case
