Is court marriage necessary

after marriage as per is it necessary to have a marriage certificate for a girl

what are the merits of having a marriage certificate?

Law almost in every state rules that every marriage solemnized in any manner or custom should be registered.

Non registration,however,DOES NOT render the marriage void or illegal.

There are several uses and benefits of having a marriage certificate.It works as legal proof in cases of visa, passport and other places of offices where any such occaison arises and also serves as proof in disputes before courts.

Registration do not invalidate a marriage but this is desirable and even necessary as per law.
