ONE OF MY FREND HAS CLEARED WRITTEN EXAMINATION OF AMUNITION FACTORY KHADKI PUNE
HE HAS BEEN CALLED FOR INTERVIEW ALSO
AT THE TIME OF VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
NOTHING IS TOLD TO HIM
NOW AFTER DECLARATION OF FINAL RESULT
HIS CANDIDATURE HAS BEEN REJECTED ON THE LOGIC THAT HE HAS FURNISED FALSE INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF FILLING ON LINE APPLICATION FORM
SO MY DEAR FRIEND WANTS TO FILL A CASE AGAINST THE FACTORY
WHAT TO DO
HE IS FROM RANCHI
AND FACTORY IS IN PUNE
KHADKI'

What is the alleged false information? Get the particulars under RTI.

It appears the Ammunition Factory is within the jurisdiction of the Central Administrative Tribunal. If so, you can file Application in the Circuit Bench at Ranchi.

Get the details of false information through RTI and after receiving the details steps can be taken accordingly.

It shall be better for your friend to b convinced first about alleged furnishing of false information.

If the allegation is true then it is a futile exercise on the part of your cousin to agitate before any court.

If is is found that at time of filling of online application form He Has wrongly filled incorrect qualification detail
in that case what is the maximum penal action which Ammunition Factory may take
can they ban him for appearing in examination conducted by Ammunition Factory Khadki in future or in all the exam Conducted by all other Ordnance Factories
or they cant do this
